We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 1 business day. All New Zealand orders are delivered by Courier Post. Most NZ centres will receive their package within 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch, however some rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Due to the special occasion nature of the items sold on this website we do not refund for change of mind purchases. We will however exchange an item if you find it to be unsuitable once it arrives. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery that you wish to exchange your item(s).
All items returned must be in original, brand new condition, with all tags attached and original packaging (due to hygiene considerations earrings can not be returned).

We use only cubic zirconia gems for all of our bridal jewellery. This is because cubic zirconia gives a better colour, clarity and sparkle than any other diamond simulant. All of our jewellery is crafted from brass and rhodium plated to illuminate the gems and prevent tarnishing. Our Swarovski jewellery uses genuine Swarovski Elements crystals and Swarovski Pearls, together with freshwater and faux pearls.
We use a mixture of freshwater pearls and south sea shell pearls (synthetic pearls coated in the same nacre material as found in natural pearls) depending on the shape of pearl required. Click here for more information. Return to Top
