Items damaged in transit to you will be replaced. We will exchange an item if you find it to be unsuitable once it arrives. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery that you wish to exchange your item(s). All items returned must be in original, brand new condition, with all tags attached and original packaging (due to hygiene considerations earrings can not be returned). The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit of items being returned to us.
